Rebecca Blake

Rebecca Blake serves as OneDigital’s Principal, HR Consulting Services, overseeing the Northeast HR consulting practice. Rebecca has been an integral member of the team in building and developing the “OneDigital | Insight” way since 2002. Her clients always note her warm and fun personality which she uses to build excellent client relationships. Rebecca is highly recognized for her ability to quickly address client service issues on all human capital concerns, ranging from strategic to tactical. Her knowledge of multi-state compliance issues, human resource policy and practices, and operational strategy is consistently recognized by clients for exceptional quality service. Rebecca has a flawless attention to detail and knowledge of HR compliance which puts her clients at ease. Prior to being promoted into her role as Principal, HR Consulting Services, Rebecca served as Managing Director where she oversaw and managed the HR consulting team and maintained relationships between clients and internal operations. Prior to joining OneDigital and Insight, Rebecca was a Business Coordinator at Brodeur Worldwide, a public relations firm focused on serving technology based businesses. Her operations experience was gained at FleetBoston and MBIA Insurance Corporation. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Manhattanville College in Purchase, NY. Rebecca resides in Millis, MA with her husband and daughter.
Patrick Coleman
Client Executive, Employee Benefits
Patrick has served clients in the benefits business for over 10 years, holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Rochester and is a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU). He is active in the Rochester community and served on the University of Rochester George Eastman Circle and National Leadership Councils as well as the board of directors for the Mental Health Association of Rochester.He currrently serves as the Treasurer of Genesee Valley Chapter of SHRM and is a member of the Town of Victor Conservation Board. Patrick and his family live in Victor, where he enjoys spending time outdoors.
