Article 28 Facility looking for a pleasant and knowledgeable manager to oversee the daily functions of the center.  Monday-Friday, no weekends, no on-call.  

Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the facility, HR functions as assigned by CEO, and daily management of staff. Responsible for collaboration with the Clinical Director to ensure adequate staffing levels.  Responsible for recruitment and onboarding/offboarding of staff. Assists CEO in development, and communication of policies and procedures. Ensures that patient rights are respected and addresses patient complaints and recommendations. Participates in various committees or oversight of such, including facility needs, quality assurance, risk management, infection control, and pharmacy and therapeutics.
