NYS has implemented a naloxone co-payment assistance program so the co-payment (up to $40) is covered when accessing naloxone at participating pharmacies. See letter from DOH outlining the program.The list of participating pharmacies that dispense naloxone on standing orders – they do not need a prescription – is available here.
