Eligible individuals can call 1-833-NYS-4-VAX to make an appointment, or visit the NYS “Am I Eligible” website at https://am-i-eligible.covid19vaccine.health.ny.gov/.

After the first week of scheduling, appointments will be open to all other eligible residents in Monroe County. The NYS COVID-19 Vaccination Hotline, at the number above, is open for questions from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week.
