MCMS & MSSNY: Change in Member Dues Billing

The Monroe County Medical Society (MCMS) is pleased to partner with MSSNY on its billing process.

Effective 1/1/2022, the MCMS Executive Committee of the Board, along with the full Board of Directors, unanimously approved transitioning the invoicing, collection and processing of MCMS member dues to MSSNY.

We are excited to implement this change as it will enable MCMS staff to increase time and energy to advocate and to support our physician members and practice staff.  It will provide us with the opportunity to implement a strategic plan that focuses on increasing our membership as well as expanding programs and networking opportunities.

Effective January 1, 2022, local and State member dues should be sent directly to MSSNY.  As of the New Year, please notify your accounting department that dues should be sent to the following address:

Attention: Treasurer

Westbury, NY 11590

Other things to keep in mind:

• This begins in January of 2022, anything from 2021 still goes through MCMS.

• Nothing else about MCMS has changed and dues will continue to support local initiatives, as they always have.

• Your 2022 MCMS billing statement will be coming from MSSNY
